I have a Federal case right now in Seventh Circuit. Greendale Captain, now Chief of Police, states that it totally up to him and his Officers if they even consider self defense. Go ahead and get your permit, but pull your firearm one time and prepare to be arrested and charged. The Police do not care if you are killed. They believe they are the sole protectors. Yet if they fail to respond, you can't win then either. Warren v DC. Who cares? I have a Federal case right now in Seventh Circuit.

Goes to show you just how little the so called free people of Wisconsin know of or understand their own freedoms. Sometimes I think legislators vote on something without any real knowledge or thought about the bill. Even the three women on the Supreme Court cannot read and understand the Second Amendment. Always remember that the Constitution trumps politics. Some of our Legislators do not understand this. I guess it’s all right for a criminal to carry without a permit, but an honest citizen must be registered.
