I honestly do not know how an ill-tempered dunce like this could remain an officer (if in fact he is still employed by the Canton PD).

But what I do know is that eventually, even a dunce who miraculously (and unfortunately) does stick around like a bad case of herpes, will piss off the wrong individual at some point and get his ass handed to him.

There are only so many people who will tolerate a hot air bag blowing steam at them before landing a well placed
*and desperately needed* lightning quick strike to the face…….or perhaps something even worse…
