ONLINE PETITION: OFFICIAL PETITION TO PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP

WHEREAS, Patrick “Tate” Adamiak, a U.S. Navy sailor with no violent criminal history, was prosecuted and sentenced to 20 years in federal prison under the Biden Administration’s weaponized Department of Justice and ATF;

WHEREAS, Tate Adamiak was prosecuted over firearm-related collectibles and parts, many of which were reportedly inoperable, inert, or not functioning firearms;

WHEREAS, countless gun owners fear that shifting ATF interpretations and aggressive federal enforcement now threaten ordinary collectors, hobbyists, and law-abiding Americans;

WHEREAS, the United States Supreme Court has declined to hear Tate Adamiak’s appeal, making executive clemency one of his final remaining avenues for justice;

WHEREAS, your Administration has pledged to end the weaponization of government and restore fairness, accountability, and respect for constitutional rights;

THEREFORE, as a concerned American and supporter of the Second Amendment, I respectfully urge you to:

1. Grant Patrick “Tate” Adamiak a full Presidential Pardon;
2. Review the conduct of the Biden DOJ and ATF in Tate’s prosecution;
3. Prevent the ATF from criminalizing law-abiding gun owners through arbitrary reinterpretations and regulatory abuse;
4. Restore due process protections for collectors, firearms enthusiasts, and lawful gun owners nationwide; and
5. Demonstrate that the federal government will no longer weaponize its agencies against patriotic Americans exercising their constitutional rights;
