Milwaukee: Judge Rules Concealed Carry Law Unconstitutional
In the ongoing evolution of Wisconsin gun law, a Milwaukee County judge has ruled the state’s ban on concealed weapons unconstitutional as applied to a man who had an unloaded, encased gun under his car seat three days after he had been robbed at gunpoint in the same area of the city.
In an eight-page decision and order, Circuit Judge J.D. Watts agreed that for Jeremy Pinnow to exercise his right to bear arms for security and self-defense, he had few other choices.
Watts’ ruling comes as gun rights advocates expect the new Republican-controlled Legislature to allow concealed carry in Wisconsin, one of two states, along with Illinois, that ban it entirely. At least one Wisconsin prosecutor last year declared he would not enforce the current concealed carry ban in light of a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that overturned Chicago’s handgun ban.

I hope this is the 1st step to repeal the current anti concealed carry laws in Wisconsin.
YES! I have talked to my representatives, and I have to say that I did not find much opposition! WE CAN DO THIS!
why is walker taking his time on the ccl?(carry conceal law).who is tying his hands in madison?and what good is a unloaded weapon in a vehical?i thought conceal carry ment, conceal carry.if we cant conceal carry in our own vehicals what good is it!i suppose all law enforcement people off duety carry unloaded weapons in there private vehicals,oh,wait, they are above reproche.only a selected few from the country elite have this right bestowed on them, not the average citizens.i guess only law enforcers have the right to carry on them while traveling in there personal vehicals.doubl standards do not make for fair laws.
