Soviet-Style Gun Grab Marching Through WI Legislature
Legislation marching through the Wisconsin legislature would endanger firearm rights for gun owners and—even more seriously—imperil liberty for all Wisconsin citizens by outlawing lawful commerce of private property between individuals, reported Wisconsin Gun Owners, Inc. (WGO), referring to the bills as a “Soviet-style clamp down on the right to buy, sell and trade without government permission.”

ALERT: Wisconsin Firearms Freedom Act Introduced
The Wisconsin Firearm Freedom Act has been introduced. The bill – LRB 2063 – would make it illegal for any local or state law enforcement officer to carry out orders from a federal mandate to restrict magazines or other firearm accessories or types and amounts of ammo in your possession. And it would make it a crime for any state official to carry out federal gun confiscation orders here in Wisconsin.
